To book your train tickets, kindly provide the following details for each traveler after confirming your reservation: Full Name (as per Passport) Gender Date of Birth (DD-MM-YYYY) Nationality Passport Number Catering Preference (Vegetarian / Non-Vegetarian) Important: These details are mandatory for Indian Railways ticket issuance. Train tickets will be issued subject to availability and shared with you before your travel date.
A private chauffeur-driven air-conditioned vehicle will pick you up from your hotel, residence, airport, or other accommodation in New Delhi/Delhi NCR approximately 2 hours before your scheduled Vande Bharat Express departure. Depending on your selected departure date and train schedule, you will be transferred to either New Delhi Railway Station (NDLS) or Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station (NZM). Our representative will assist you with your train tickets, platform information, and boarding procedures. Please provide your hotel or pickup location details at least 3 days before departure. Driver and representative contact details will be shared one day before the tour.
